On the left Otley Courthouse is now a community arts resource centre.
The visitor centre - there's sort of a cafe there but the tea, coffee and soup come from a coin-operated machine.

Am sure this was a lovely, warm, and welcoming place during the day, but when closed it does rather look like the lair of the child-catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang... The building with its open entrance-way fell victiim to the 2015 floods.

The local library was only temporarily housed in the building on the right, but the name seems to have stuck for the moment. The bridge was subsequently badly damaged in the 2015 floods.

There's also a small cafe in there, of sorts. The drinks come from a machine and there's no cooked food - but they are very friendly.
